Oregon Clean Fuels Program (CFP) Quarterly Deficits database: quarterly deficit generation by fuel type, from 2016 to present, in metric tons. Each record includes year and quarter, deficits incurred across fuel categories such as diesel and gasoline blends, biodiesel, bio-CNG/LNG, ethanol blends, electricity applications, hydrogen, and renewable diesel/propane, plus a total deficits figure.
